Gymnastic Leotard Girls
Gymnastic Problem. Help Please!?
I started gymnastics late but when I go to class, they allow me to wear a shirt and excercise pants. I plan to get very good and with how much progress I'm making, I will be in the future. But what I'm worrying about are my periods. I know that I will have to wear those leotards with nothing under and I don't want to miss class just because I'm on my period. Most girls use tampons but I'm only 12 right now. My mom will not let me stick those things up my VJJ. Luckily, I have no symptoms at all and I've started a year ago. (I hope it stays that way!) I need advice! What do I do when I'm on my period and I have to wear those leotards?
You're old enough to use tampons and, as a gymnast, you need to use them. Just buy a package of slender/light absorbency for teens and begin to use them. It's your vagina and it's your period, it is not your mothers.
